Cookie Policy

Last updated: April 17, 2026

This cookie policy explains how CertifyOps uses cookies and similar technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage) on this website. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. Cookies let a site remember your actions and preferences (such as login or language) over time, so you do not have to re-enter them every time you visit.

Our approach: consent before non-essential cookies

We load no analytics or advertising technologies on your device before you give explicit consent. The banner that appears on your first visit offers three choices of equal prominence: Accept all, Reject all, and Customize. There are no pre-ticked boxes, and refusing consent is as easy as granting it.

We use Google Consent Mode v2 with default-denied signals so any Google tag that ever runs on this site respects your choice from the very first page load.

Categories we use

  • Strictly necessary. Required for the site to function. These are set regardless of consent because the site cannot work without them. They do not track you.
  • Analytics (optional). Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization, no ad personalization, and no cross-site tracking. Loaded only if you accept.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, social-media tracking, or any fingerprinting technology.

Legal basis

Strictly necessary cookies are set on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the site (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Analytics cookies are set only on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and ePrivacy Directive Art. 5(3)).

Managing your consent

You can change or withdraw consent at any time by clicking “Cookie preferences” in the site footer. Your choice is stored for 13 months; after that we will ask again, in line with CNIL and EDPB guidance.

You can also block cookies directly in your browser settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the site from functioning correctly.

International transfers

Google Analytics data may be processed by Google LLC in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, EU Standard Contractual Clauses (2021/914). IP addresses are anonymized before they leave the EU where possible.
